Before Booking

  • i’m not a typical wedding dj. (ok, every dj company says that) but really, how am I different?

think of the last wedding you attended. answer the following questions.

did the dj fade each song into the next like an overpriced Spotify playlist?

did they use lighting that resembled a Spencers gift shop inside the mall?

did they sound like bob barker on the mic?

did they coax people onto the floor against their will?

    did they wear cheesy attire?

if you want a modern artistic dj that will transform your venue into a sophisticated atmosphere through cutting edge sound and lighting, you want east entertainment.

  • I quick mix your music!

you can hire a dj, or you can hire an ipod.

lets be honest, nobody cares to hear the 2nd verse of “ice ice baby”

think of how boring it is on the dance floor during the 5th chorus of “my neck, my back”

we’re over it! move on! next please!

imagine, you get to hear the best parts of all of your favorite songs!

this means that I can play 3x as many songs by using this method.

you want an dj who is going to keep your guests engaged.

I dj my dance sets with song “song stems” this means that while you’re hearing the song as 1 track, I’m actually playing up to 4 tracks of the same song in sync with each other. vocals, drums, bass and other instruments.

this means I can remove vocals and let you and your guests sing along karaoke style (no screen) to the instrumental.

I can take out instruments and only leave drums and vocals, causing the groove to hit harder keeping you and your guests on your toes in anticipation for the next banger

Possibilites are endless and no 2 events are the same!

see my social media’s for demonstration.

  • During your formalities, I will direct the attention of the room so your guests don’t miss a single moment of the night we’ve prepared for them,

during the dance set, I have no problem getting on the mic and hyping your guests up!

however, I will not harass your guests to get on the dance floor against their will. nor will I get out on the floor to teach any line dances. or use corny games to coax them out of their chairs.

  • to get the most out of your dj I highly recommend placing the dj booth directly in front of the dance floor. this ensures i’m able to read the crowd and positions your guests right in the middle of the action! alternatively, when the dj booth is placed in the far corner the sound and light experience is negatively impacted. music will sound less full. lights won’t add as much energy. it’s like your guests are in the middle of the room and there’s a party In the corner.
